Another profit, albeit a small one, banked on Saturday courtesy of two winners – Some Chaos at Kelso and Gala Ball at Newbury,
I have had a look at the Sunday action and the the first flat meeting of the season at Naas looks an absolute minefield so I am going to leave it alone.
There is one recent eyecatcher running today at Carlisle.

2:55 – Piton Pete – 15/8 @ William Hill & Bet365 – The 8-year-old is gradually improving with each run over fences. A decent hurdler last season on rain softened ground. He’s worth a final chance here, as he’s surely capable of winning a race like this.
