Following on from Saturday’s preview that was posted earlier, here are my final selections and betting advice.

12:40 – Brinkley – 1pt win – 7/1 @ Bet365 (worth taking now)
2:25 – Punta Del Este – 1pt win – 7/1 @ Coral & Ladbrokes
3:35 – Certainly Red – 1pt win – 7/1 @ Coral & Ladbrokes (doesn’t want the ground to heavy so hopefully the trainer will pull him out if it’s bottomless)
Aintree
1:30 – Richmond Lake – 1pt win – 9/2 @ Coral & Ladbrokes
2:05 – Highland Hunter – 1pt win – 7/1 @ Coral & Ladbrokes and Percussion – 1pt win – 6/1 @ Coral & Ladbrokes (heavy ground is a slight concern)
3:15 – Holmes St Georges – 1pt win – 8/1 @ Coral & Ladbrokes and Rafferty’s Return – 0.5pts each way – 20/1 @ Paddy Power (paying four places) – Rafferty’s Return might be working towards a race at Wetherby over Christmas but at 20/1 and four places on offer he’s worth a small each way bet.
