As I kind of expected we didn’t have a great day yesterday.
Dunvegan landed the ante post each way when finishing runner-up Chacun Pour Soi in the Dublin Chase
Coming to the last I thought Magic Tricks was going to finally land a valuable handicap hurdle but stablemate Call Me Lyreen swooped late on the outside to land the first price leaving Magic Tricks to occupy the runner-up spot. Still, it’s been a great start to the month.
There won’t be any selections for the service until Wednesday at the earliest and looking at the advanced cards it could be Saturday before there are any. However, as ever watch your inboxes for updates.
On Thursday do look out for another in my ‘Path to Cheltenham’ Series which will include a further ante post selection for the festival.
